Landfill Leachate Treatment
0
With the development of industrialization and urbanization, the problem of waste treatment has become a problem worldwide. According to statistics, China's per capita annual garbage output reaches 300 kilograms, and many cities have waste treatment problems. Maybe people only need one second to make waste, but it takes at least 300 years to process it. Since the beginning of this year, a series of waste treatment policies have been launched in various parts of China, actively promoting waste sorting, and garbage sorting has become a hot topic for netizens in China.
In fact, waste sorting is the first step in waste disposal; and landfill leachate from waste treatment has become a major problem to be solved. What is landfill leachate? Landfill leachate refers to the high concentration of organic wastewater from the wastewater contained in the landfill, the rain and snow water entering the landfill and other water. Landfill leachate is particularly harmful to people and the environment. It contains harmful substances such as heavy metals that change the composition and structure of the soil, causing the soil's fertility and water to fall. Toxic substances can affect human health through the food chain. In addition, under the action of rainwater, landfill leachate will pollute surface water and groundwater, affecting the living environment of aquatic organisms.
In order to achieve the discharge standard of landfill leachate, Center Enamel uses UASB process and UBF process for landfill leachate treatment. These landfill leachate treatment processes have the advantages of high treatment efficiency and stable operation and are suitable for landfill leachate treatment project.  For different types and concentrations of landfill leachate, Center Enamel will help customers to treat landfill leachate more efficiently through different treatment processes. On the other hand, in order to have a safe and stable working environment for the anaerobic digester of landfill leachate, Center Enamel uses the Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank as a landfill leachate tanks.
The Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks are assembled on-site by special enamel steel plates, stirrups, self-locking bolts, sealants, and other accessories. After firing at 820°C-930°C high temperature,  the molten glass reacts with the steel plate surface to form an inert and inorganic bond. Such a coating combines the chemical and physical resistance of the enamel protrusion with the surface characteristics of the ultra-fine enamel structure, thus providing excellent corrosion resistance.
Because of its short construction period, low cost, high corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and easy installation, the Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank is the preferred treatment equipment for anaerobic reactors. In addition to the landfill leachate treatment project, the Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank can also be applied to biogas projects, biomass natural gas projects, aquaculture wastewater treatment projects, industrial wastewater treatment projects,  drinking water project, and kitchen waste treatment projects. With the gradual maturity of GFS tanks, GFS tanks will be widely used in various industries, such as petroleum, chemical industry, pulp, drinking water, and granary storage, etc., to replace concrete, carbon steel welding and other materials. New tank. In the future, Center Enamel is not only a good helper for landfill leachate treatment but also an escort for environmental governance and protection.
